1.Right of Withdrawal
Under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving a reason.
2.Digital Content Exception
According to § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content if they gave explicit consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period elapsed and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. This consent is required via a checkbox in the order process.
