1.Scope
This Complaints Policy governs the procedure for exercising rights from defective performance for digital educational courses purchased on the Futoriq platform.
2.Digital Content Defects
A defect includes:
- Course is inaccessible after payment
- Content does not match the course description
- Technical issues preventing lesson playback
3.Complaint Process
- Send your complaint to hello@futoriq.com with a description of the issue and order number.
- The complaint will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.
- You will be informed of the result by email.
4.Resolution Methods
- Technical issue fix
- Provision of replacement content
- Refund (in justified cases)
