Complaints Policy

1.Scope

This Complaints Policy governs the procedure for exercising rights from defective performance for digital educational courses purchased on the Futoriq platform.

2.Digital Content Defects

A defect includes:

  • Course is inaccessible after payment
  • Content does not match the course description
  • Technical issues preventing lesson playback

3.Complaint Process

  1. Send your complaint to hello@futoriq.com with a description of the issue and order number.
  2. The complaint will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.
  3. You will be informed of the result by email.

4.Resolution Methods

  • Technical issue fix
  • Provision of replacement content
  • Refund (in justified cases)
