1.Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations arising from contracts concluded between the Operator and the Customer through the online platform futoriq.com (the "Platform").

2.Definitions

Operator — Ing. Vít Hofman, operator of the Futoriq platform.
Customer — a natural or legal person entering into a contract with the Operator.
Digital Content — online educational courses, video lessons, texts, and materials provided through the Platform.
Group — a corporate account enabling bulk user management and course assignment.

3.Contract Formation

All course presentations on the Platform are informational in nature. The Operator is not obligated to enter into a contract.

The Customer selects course(s) and adds them to the cart.
The Customer fills in billing details and email.
The Customer confirms agreement with these Terms before submitting the order.
"By clicking "Place order" the Customer submits a binding order.
The contract is concluded upon delivery of confirmation to the Customer's email.

4.Pricing & Payment

Course prices are displayed including VAT (21%). For international customers, prices may be displayed in EUR. The exact price is always shown in the order form.

Apple Pay / Google Pay
Bank transfer

5.Digital Content Delivery

Access to the course is granted immediately after payment is received, in the "Dashboard" section of the Customer's account.

Access to the course is unlimited in time, unless stated otherwise for a specific course.

6.Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

⚠️ Exception for Digital Content

According to Czech Civil Code § 1837(l), the consumer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content if they have given explicit consent to begin performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7.Complaints

Rights from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code. Details are specified in the Complaints Policy.

8.Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. Details in Privacy Policy.

9.Dispute Resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 000 20 869, is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

10.License Terms

By purchasing a course, the Customer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and study the course content.

The Customer may not share, copy, or redistribute the course content.
The license is valid without time limitation for the purchased version of the course.
Group licenses are subject to separate agreement.

11.Copyright

All content on the Platform is protected by copyright under Act No. 121/2000 Coll. Any copying without the author's consent is prohibited.

12.Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms. Orders are subject to the Terms valid at the time of order submission.

These Terms become effective on April 22, 2026.
